The provision of the celebrant service requires the collection of personal data for the following reasons:
Writing and signing the client file;
Establishing phone and digital contact between clients and the celebrant;
Writing the symbolic ceremony script and the marriage certificate;
Performing the ceremony at the wedding/elopement/renewal of vows venue.
Epopeia Celebrations, being responsible for said data processing, undertakes to:
Ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out only and exclusively for the purposes described above in relation to the provision of services;
Not transfer any data to third parties for commercial purposes, marketing, advertising or any other reasons;
To process personal data for legally prescribed purposes or to provide services at request.
The personal data collected will be kept by Epopeia Celebrations for as long as necessary for the provision of services.
Under Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR, customers reserve the right to request the deletion of personal data provided to Epopeia Celebrations through the contacts provided on the Contacts Page of this website.
Epopeia Celebrations only publishes videos and photographs of ceremonies on its associated social media pages when it has obtained the express consent of its clients.
Clients reserve the right at any time to revoke the consent given prior to the publication of any images, videos and information published on social networks by Epopeia Celebrations. It undertakes to immediately remove said digital content as soon as it receives this information.
By making personal data available for the purposes described above, you confirm that you are aware of and accept the conditions contained in this Privacy Policy; thus acknowledging that you are authorising the collection, use and utilisation of said data in accordance with the rules defined in the applicable collection instrument.
